Dakota Benson, M.A. is a Clinical Psychometrist and Mental Health Counselor specializing in neuropsychological assessment and therapy for children and adolescents.
She earned her M.A. in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and her B.A. in Psychology, with minors in Neuroscience and Biology, from Salve Regina University.
With a strong passion for neuropsychology, Ms. Benson plans to continue her education while pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. Her clinical interests include learning disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, memory impairments, and cognitive challenges associated with posttraumatic stress. Ms. Benson is committed to providing ethical, patient-centered care, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools to support accurate diagnoses and effective treatment planning. Through her work, she seeks to enhance the understanding of cognitive and psychological functioning, empowering individuals and families on their path to well-being.
Outside of her professional work, Ms. Benson enjoys spending time with her cat, Lychee. In her free time, you might find her on the rugby pitch or performing live with her band.
